Glenview police officers werre joined by Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan  Friday morning at Dunkin Donuts, 1750 Milwaukee Ave., to raise money for and awareness of Special Olympics Illinois.

Officers and Madigan spent part of their time on the store's rooftop and the rest personally collecting donations from patrons in the drive-through lane.

The effort raised $1,478.
