Scope of Work

The following major improvements are included in this contract:

  • The proposed storm sewer improvements consist of minor repair work, including installing approximately 2600 feet of 12-inch to 36-inch storm sewer to improve stormwater conveyance.
  • The proposed minor sanitary sewer improvements consist of sanitary manhole replacement, sanitary sewer repair or sanitary sewer services replacement as necessary.
  • The proposed pavement improvements consist of approximately 10,600 linear feet of roadway resurfacing or pavement patching within the listed street segments. The pavement improvement work will follow the underground utility repairs and incorporate repair of adjacent impacted areas, including driveway, sidewalk, curb and gutter removal, and replacement.
  • On Robincrest, including adjacent cul-de-sacs, and the Warren cul-de-sac, the improvements consist of water main replacement, along with services, followed by pavement patching and full roadway resurfacing. As part of the implementation of the updated Water Main Master Plan a section of water main between Warren and Harrison was identified as a priority candidate for water main replacement. Therefore 650 feet of water main replacement adjacent to Warren culde-sac and Harrison was added as an option.
  • The 2022 MARS Program consists of approximately 2,000 square yards of resurfacing of various roadways within the Village. The resurfacing locations are evaluated and updated annually by the Public Works Department.
