Zoning Board of Appeals
Glenview is divided into several zoning districts which define the type of development -- residential, commerical, industrial -- that can be located there. The Zoning Board of Appeals hears cases and holds public hearings regarding variations of the Zoning Ordinance (required when a proposed development cannot conform to the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance due to a practical difficulty, hardship, and uniqueness of a particular property.)
The ZBA convenes the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
