Meeting Calendar & Schedule
The Task Force is scheduled to meet on the second Wednesday of each month through October, 2009. All meetings will begin at 7 p.m. at the Police Department, 2500 East Lake Avenue. You can find all of the meetings on our web calendar; the kick off meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 14.

| February | Level of Service I Expectations and Ranking Process | Define expected t100d protection goals. Introduce and ranking process and review example. |
| March | Ranking Criteria and Factors | Discuss and refine criteria and associated factors. |
| April | Sample Area I Trial Ranking | Apply ranking process to sample area and review results. Finalize criteria and associated factors. |
| May | Identified Flooding Issues | Review results from current studies including III, sanitary backup, and stormwater. |
| June | Ranking Results | Apply ranking process to all identified tlooding issues and review. |
| July | Flooding Solutions | Review range of solutions available for flooding issues within Village Limits I Authority. |
| August | Cost, Schedule, and Funding | Review preliminary costs and schedules for implementation of conceptual improvements. Review funding alternatives. |
| September | Prioritization | Define prioritization based on flood ranking and improvement cost. |
| October | Stormwater Management Plan | Review draft stormwater management plan. |
