The Planning Division, housed within the Village's Development Department, assists Village Boards and Commissions with the review of proposed land uses, review of proposed site plans for new development projects, ensures compliance of development with the Village's Comprehensive Plan, and provides staff support for other major planning efforts. The Planning Division also processes petitions for annexations, rezonings, subdivisions, variations, and conditional use permits.
