Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 10:30 a.m. in the training room at Glenview Fire Station 6. On roll call the following were:
Present: Board President/Trustee Nick Rusher, Trustee Tom Dvorak, Secretary/Trustee Mike Sawicki, Finance Director Wiersma, Sherry Lauterbach, Allison Barrett and Natasha from Lauterbach and Amen L.L.P.
Absent: Trustee Pat Cuisinier & Trustee Paul Detlefs
Trustee Detlefs attended the same presentation at the Glenview Police Department just prior to this meeting.
Other Business: Sherry Lauterbach of Lauterbach & Amen, L.L.P. provided an overview of the firm, services and fees. An engagement letter was disseminated for our review and consideration.Services

These fees do not include a one-time set-up fee of $2,600 for the beneficiary records and $550 for the accounting records.
After a lengthy discussion the Board agreed to utilize Lauterbach
and Amen, L.L.P. Trustee Dvorak motioned to retain Lauterbach
& Amen, L.L.P. for a one year term with a total annual contract of
$11,290. Trustee Sawicki seconded and the vote was all ayes, no
nays and the motion passed. It is the Boards understanding that
the one-time set-up fee of $3,150.00 will be paid by the Village of
Glenview.
Adjournment: Trustee Dvorak motioned to
adjourn, Trustee Sawicki seconded and the vote was all ayes, no nays
and the meeting adjourned at 11:15 a.m.
