About Natural Resources

Find out more about Glenview's Natural Resources

Stay tuned for more information about the Village's 2010 Green Table at the Farmer's Market this summer. Co-sponsored by the Natural Resources Commission and the Glenview Park District, there's something new every week!

Glenview is fortunate to have many natural spaces and places to experience and enjoy. The Village does have a Natural Resources Commission that is responsible for promoting the restoration of Glenview's native landscapes and ecosystems, and raising awareness about these issues.

On August 5, 2008 the Village Board of Trustees approved the Plan for Nature in Glenview -- check it out!
