Public Health Services

One of the primary responsibilities of the Inspectional Services Division is to safeguard the health of Glenview's citizens. To this end, it conducts regular inspections of local restaurants, retail stores, bakeries, and temporary food services, conducts sanitation inspections of public swimming pools, investigates citizen complaints concerning public health hazards (rodent infestations, garbage storage, debris, etc.), and provides information on a wide range of public health topics.
