Effective for all subdivisions or developments approved on or after March 21, 2000.
Land may be dedicated for park and recreational purposes and/or for school sites in lieu of cash donation.
The Village Manager shall make the determination for number of bedrooms contained within a dwelling unit. Rooms designated by an applicant as "den", "library", "study", "sewing room", "exercise room", or the like may be designated by the Village Manager as bedrooms if they are suitable for such accommodations.
