Liquor License Applications and Renewal Forms

The Village has traditionally maintained a strong regulatory position regarding liquor control. The Village President serves as Liquor Control Commissioner, and can suspend or revoke licenses. However, the Board of Trustees limits, by ordinance, classifications and the number of licenses that can be issued. The Village has three Deputy Liquor Control Commissioners: the Village Manager, the Deputy Village Manager and the Development Director.
