Requesting Approval for a Special Event
Whether or not your event need approval of the Village Board depends on its scope. Events that incorporate fewer than 5,000 people (including spectators and participants) will be approved administratively through the Village Manager's Office. Anything larger will need to be approved by the Board of Trustees. Please Note: Special Event Applications MUST be submitted at least 30 days prior to your event.
