Village President Report
- Honorary designation of Prairie Avenue as Jim Smirles Way.
Village Manager Report
- Update: Hunter Road 2011 Reconstruction Project (Glenview Road to Wilmette). Staff requested Board direction regarding whether or not the Village should carry the cost of installing curb and gutter as part of this project. Traditionally, property owners have borne the cost but special circumstances may warrant the Village paying for this project.
- Update: Harlem Avenue Parking. Staff has been working with several business owners along Harlem Avenue, across from the new library, to address parking concerns (patrons parking in a private lot, heavy use of "two hour" parking by library customers, patrons crossing the street mid-block instead of at crosswalks).

- Contracts, Purchases and Bid Awards:
- Software maintenance agreement for integrated public safety computing system with New World Systems. Three-year contract. Budget: $410,984.
- GIS Consortium service provision from Municipal GIS Partners. Budget: $177,034.
- Illinois Department of Transportation Resolution to release $1.25 million in Motor Fuel Tax funds to Glenview for its for the 2011 Road Resurfacing and Minor Area Strategy Repair (MARS) Programs.
Request for Board Direction
- Request for Village Board direction on proposed annexation of 3702 Central Road.
First Consideration
- Amendment to Municipal Code that permits larger electronic changeable message signs along the Tollway. FIRST READING
- Zoning variations for 2100 and 2180 Pfingsten - Glenbrook Hospital.
- Amendment to Municipal Code regarding residential signs, awings, and minimum rear yard settings for business districts.
