• Conditional use for Wagner Farm farm stand, 1510 Wagner Road. A Public Hearing was held on this matter.
• Execution of an annexation agreement for 2255 Sanders -- Northwestern Memorial Hospital. A Public Hearing was held on this matter.
• Final site plan for 2100 Johns Drive - Pappas.
• Extension of a conditional use and final site plan review for Bredemann Ford, 2308 Waukegan Road.
• Amendment to Municipal Code to permit a Trustee to refuse compensation in those instances where his or her employer specifically prohibits outside compensation.
• Single-lot subdivision, Midwest Palliative Care, 2050 Claire Court.
• Contracts, Bids, and Purchases:
• 2011 financial and accounting services with Lauterbach & Amen, LLP (contract amendment). Budget: not to exceed $45,000.
• Pine Street/Rollwind Road infrastructure improvement project to Berger Excavating Contractors, Inc. Budget: $1,113,273.
• Budget amendment due to increased expenditures needed to respond to the February declared snow emergency.
• Amendment of Municipal Code to allow for provision of refuse and recycling collection services to multi-family properties with more than two attached units capable of curb-side pick up.

First Consideration

• Annexation of 2255 Sanders - Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
• Declaration of a number of computers and servers as surplus Village property.
