varying insurance requirements for specific events, based on their size, scope and type.

First Consideration
- Text amendment creating the Downtown Development District regulations and a map amendment rezoning those parcels in the downtown area. This is the Form
Based Code that has been developed over the past year as part of the Downtown Revitalization Project.
- Rezoning, vacation of right-of-way, final site plan, preliminary subdivision and appearance, and conditional use for the
Glenview Public Library, 1920 Glenview Road. A Public Hearing was held on this matter. Vote 4-1 in favor.
- Consolidation of all Village fees into one Fee Ordinance that can be updated and revised annually.

3345 Sanders Road and 3760 Greenleaf Avenue and the Northeast corner of Greenleaf Avenue.

Denied
- Train station brick paver repair services to Midwest Brick Paving. Budget: $92,675. The Board
rejected this bid in order to consider an alternative option: stamped concrete. Staff will return to the Board with a
recommendation regarding the use of stamped concrete at a later time.
