Village President's Report
- Approval of liquor licenses for:
- Nobori Sushi, 1821 Waukegan (Class B - sale of only beer and wine for consumption on premises.)
- Blufish Sushi Bistro, 2733 Pfingsten (Class A - sale of liquor for consumption on premises.)
Approved
- Updates to the Village's Employee Handbook.
- Bid and Contract awards for:
- Community relations and crime prevention services to John Garza. Budget: $54,000.
- Waiver of competitive bid process; phone system upgrade to Motorola as part of the agreement to provide the Village of Grayslake with dispatch services. Budget: $23,341 -- to be reimbursed by Grayslake.
- Waiver of competitive bid process; 911 phone system upgrade to Word Systems, Inc. as part of the agreement to provide the Village of Grayslake with dispatch services. Budget: $21,608 -- to be reimbursed by Grayslake.
- Surveying services to Daniel Creaney Company. Budget: $24,440.
- Renewal of five-year Intergovernmental Agreement with the Northeastern Illinois Regional Crime Laboratory to contribute $3,000 annually to its Facilities Fund.
- Purchase of Unit 412, Depot Square for $135,500.
- Regarding Art at the Glen Town Center event presented by Amdur Productions, August 8-9.
- Special event permit.

First Consideration
- Issuance of Series 2009B tax bonds to construct storm water sewers in the Glen Oaks area, and providing for the levy and collection of a direct annual tax for payment of their principal and interest:
- $313,081 for Special Service Area #62.
- $86,918 for Special Service Area #63.
- Conditional use approval (B-3 use in an I-2 District) for Illinois Towing Services, 2091 Johns Court.
