Village President's Report

• Appointment of Bob Rounsfull as a Commissioner to the Fire Pension Board.

Approved

• Single Tenant Building Ground Signs Text Amendment to Municipal Code.
• Amendment to Municipal Code regarding the definition of lot size.
• Initiatives developed through the Storm Water Task Force process:
• Flood Risk Reduction Program
• Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan
• Cost-sharing initiative: overhead sanitary sewer conversions(50% Village/50% homeowner up to total project cost of $15,000). Vote 4-2 in favor
• Cost-sharing initiative: holistic drainage inspections conducted by the Village's consulting engineering firm, Baxter & Woodman (50% Village/50% homeowner up to total inspection cost of $800. The Village will also waive up to $200 in permit fees should the homeowner undertake the recommended improvements.)
• Use of the Permanent Fund as the funding mechanism for Flood Risk Reduction Program initiatives.

• Text Amendment regarding Public Infrastructure.
• Final Site Plan extension of 3235 N Milwaukee – Regency Townhomes.
• Extending the Conditional Use for Five Guys Burgers and Fries.
