Debby Karton has lived her entire life in the northern suburbs of Chicago, including Skokie, Glencoe and Glenview. She owns and operates National Benefit Administrators (NBA), a company that enrolls and services voluntary benefit programs offered by employers through payroll deductions.
Trustee Karton is a 2004 graduate of the Illinois Women's Institute for Leadership program, and Vice President of Political Action for the Northfield Democrats. She is on the service board for Pallative Care Center Hospice of the North Shore and the advisory committee of its Jewish Care Services Division -- and has also served as Treasurer of her homeowners assocation, Cambridge at The Glen, since its inception.
Trustee Karton received her business degree from Michigan State University.
