Project description
The proposed improvements consist of the repair of existing underground utility (sanitary and storm sewer) sections, repair of existing utility structures, partial or full removal of existing pavement, placement of new hot-mix asphalt, and replacement of deteriorated sections of sidewalk and curb and gutters. The project scope also includes partial resurfacing of damaged pavement sections in various locations, as per the Minor Area Repair Strategy (MARS) program. Tentative schedule
- Bid awarded -- April 20, 2021
- Pre-construction meeting -- June 1, 2021
- Approximate start of construction -- July 15, 2021
- Anticipated completion of construction -- September 24, 2021
Schedule may be revised due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Work hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. Work outside these hours will require Village approval.
