Project description
Improvements on Russet Way from Crestwood Drive to Carousel Drive include:
- Replacement of existing water main
- Improvements to the existing storm sewer system
- Completing various sanitary sewer repairs
- Construction of new asphalt roadway with curb and gutter
- Restoration of the parkway

Tentative schedule
- Bid award: April 2020
- Resident Pre-construction meeting: April 1, 2021
- Tentative construction start: April 5 2021
- Tentative construction completion: June 2021
Schedule may be revised due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Works hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. Work outside these hours will require Village approval.
