Project description
Improvements to Surrey Lane from Central Road to Glenview Road, about 1,430 feet; Forestview Lane from Surrey Lane to the west cul-de-sac and Barton Court include:
- Replacing existing water main with new 8-inch diameter Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) water main
- Upgrading existing storm sewers
- Repairing existing sanitary sewers
- Installing new concrete curb and gutter on Surrey and Forestview only
- Construction new asphalt pavement

Tentative schedule
- Bid award -- May 4, 2021
- Preconstruction meeting --May 12, 2021
- Approximate construction start -- June 1, 2021
- Estimated completion date -- October 29, 2021
Schedule may be revised due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Work hours: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. Work outside these hours will require Village approval.
