Actions:

• Gave final approval to a final site plan review and preliminary subdivision for North Branch, 4520 West Lake Avenue, to allow construction of a 2,075-square-foot building addition for covered outdoor dining.
• Gave final approval to a final site plan review and final subdivision for Anderson Glenview subdivision, 1013 Prairie Lawn Road, to create four lots and one out lot for future construction of four new single-family detached residence and a detention basin.
• Honored outgoing Northfield Township Supervisor Jill Brickman.
• Recognized outgoing Village Trustees John Hinkamp, Debby Karton and Karim Khoja.
• Recognized outgoing Village President Jim Patterson
• Swore in new Village President Mike Jenny.
• Sworn in Trustees Gina DeBoni, Tim Doron and Adam Sidoti.
• Authorized a bid award and approved a contract with Lenny Hoffman Excavating Inc. of Wilmette for up to $2,883,556 for improvements to 0.7 miles of North Glenayre Drive between Glenview Road and the north end of the street; Surrey Lane between Central Road and Glenview Road; Barton Court; and Forestview Lane between Surrey Lane and the west end of the street, including installing new water mains and storm sewers, pipe and sanitary manhole repairs, installing new curb and gutters and reconstructing the road with new asphalt pavement.
• Authorized a bid award and approved a contract with Hoerr Construction Inc. of Goodfield, Ill. for up to $307,831 to line various sanitary and storm sewer mains through the Village included in the 2021 program.
• Preliminarily amended the Glenview Municipal Code to increase the number of Class A liquor license from 50 to 51 to facilitate an application from Riobamba Latin Kitchen, 1869 Waukegan Road.
