Actions:

• Reviewed and provided feedback on the draft Village of Glenview Community Engagement Plan presented by Public Communications, Inc.
  
• Gave final approval on an ordinance establishing Special Service Area 106, effective July 17, 2021, to facilitate installation of curb and gutter on Hill Circle, north of Central Road, as part of stormwater system improvements being made through the Capital Improvement Program.
• Approved a contract with Wesco Distribution of Woodridge, Illinois to furnish and install a variable frequency pump for the West Lake Pump Station in an amount not-to-exceed $53,373.
• Approved the voucher list for June 1, 2021.
• Preliminarily approved ordinance amending Chapter 6, Section 6-24 of the Glenview Municipal Code to increase the number of Class A liquor licenses from 51 to 52 to facilitate an application for a Class A liquor license from Egg Harbor Café (2350 Lehigh Avenue).
• Preliminarily approved an amendment to the Village of Glenview Planned Development Ordinance No. 1478 and subsequent amendments with Final Site Plan Review to allow for the construction of an outdoor bar and dining area and other necessary uses with associated variations from bulk and scale requirements of the Municipal Code at the Valley Lo Club (2200 Tanglewood Drive).
• Preliminarily approved a Conditional Use and Final Site Plan Review to allow building additions to an automotive sales and leasing facility and automotive repair facility at Fields Lexus (2000 Waukegan Road). Final Site Plan Review of the proposed building addition and site alterations also received preliminary approval.
• Preliminarily approved a Conditional Use to allow an existing baseball scoreboard at Glenbrook South High School (4000 West Lake Avenue).
