Actions:

• Approved a resolution authorizing release of certain Executive Session minutes and destruction of certain Executive Session recordings.
• Approved four resolutions to waive competitive bidding requirements and purchase and outfit eight police vehicles and to amend the FY2021 Capital and Equipment Replacement Fund (CERF) budget in the amount of $399,465.
• Approved a resolution and recommendation to authorize the purchase of computer equipment from Paragon Micro, Inc. of Chicago, IL in the amount of $66,399.60.
• Approved a resolution authorizing a one-year contract extension with G&L Contractors, Inc. of Skokie, IL for debris hauling and aggregate material delivery services.
• Approved the voucher list for Oct. 19, 2021.
• Gave preliminary approval of an ordinance approving Final Site Plan Review, Preliminary Architecture, Preliminary Landscaping, and Preliminary Signage for Asahi Kasei Bioprocess at 1851-1857 Elmdale Avenue.
