Actions:

• Approved a Resolution authorizing a 3-year maintenance agreement including a software and hardware upgrade with Motorola Solutions of Schaumburg, IL for dispatch radio equipment in the amount of $82,507.68 annually with a 3 year total amount of $247,523.04
• Approved a Resolution authorizing the purchase of storage area network equipment and switches to expand Village data capacity in the total amount of $35,946.35
• Approved two Resolutions authorizing a one-year contract extensions for vehicle maintenance and repair services with the following contractors:
  (1) Fries Automotive Services (Wheeling, IL)
  (2) Golf Mill Ford (Niles, IL)
• Approved a Resolution authorizing the purchase of rock salt for the 2021-2022 winter season from the State of Illinois and Lake County's rock salt joint purchasing programs in a not-to-exceed amount of $422,160
• Approved a Resolution authorizing a one-year contract extension with Standard Fence Co., Inc. of Chicago, IL for fence repair services
• Approved a Resolution waiving competitive bidding and authorizing the purchase of a cardiac monitor from Zoll Medical Corp. of Chelmsford, MA, in the amount of $37,560.79
• Approved a Resolution waiving competitive bidding and authorizing the purchase of two (2) LUCAS Chest Compression Systems from Stryker Corporation in a not-to-exceed amount of $30,456.44
• Approved a Resolution authorizing a one-year contract extension with Peter Baker & Son Co. of Lake Bluff, IL for temporary roadway patch
• Approved the voucher list for November 2, 2021
• Gave final approval of an Ordinance approving Final Site Plan Review, Preliminary Architecture, Preliminary Landscaping, and Preliminary Signage for Asahi Kasei Bioprocess at 1851-1857 Elmdale Avenue
• Gave preliminary approval of an Ordinance amending the Glenview Municipal Code – Chapter 6, Alcoholic Beverages to increase the number of Class E liquor licenses from 24 to 25
  Gave preliminary approval of an Ordinance approving Final Site Plan Review, Preliminary Architecture, Preliminary Landscaping, and Preliminary Signage for Big Bowl at 1320 Patriot Boulevard
• Gave preliminary approval of an Ordinance approving a Conditional Use for a physical therapy use for PhysioPartners Glenview at 2700 Patriot Boulevard, Suite 330
• Gave preliminary approval of an Ordinance to dissolve the Special Tax Allocation Fund and terminating the designation of the Glenview Naval Air Station Economic Development Project Area currently known as The Glen TIF
