Village Board directed staff regarding additional funding to increase the number of affordable senior living units at Thomas Place. The Board requested clarification about what assistance level new affordable units would be offered. Staff will be bringing forward additional information and an agreement for consideration at the Dec. 7 Board Meeting.

Held a Public Hearing to consider the 2021 Property Tax Levy Ordinance

Gave final approval of an Ordinance amending the Glenview Municipal Code – Chapter 6, Alcoholic Beverages to increase the number of Class E liquor licenses from 24 to 25

Gave final approval of an Ordinance approving Final Site Plan Review, Preliminary Architecture, Preliminary Landscaping, and Preliminary Signage for Big Bowl at 1320 Patriot Boulevard

Gave final approval of an Ordinance approving a Conditional Use for a physical therapy use for PhysioPartners Glenview at 2700 Patriot Boulevard, Suite 330

Gave final approval of an Ordinance to dissolve the Special Tax Allocation Fund and terminate the designation of the Glenview Naval Air Station Economic Development Project Area currently known as The Glen TIF

Approved three Resolutions authorizing one-year contract extensions for emergency contractor assistance relating to water and sewer infrastructure repairs with the following contractors:

(1) Kloepfer Construction (Northbrook, IL)

(2) DiMeo Brothers (Elk Grove, IL)

(3) Mark Meade Excavators (Grayslake, IL)

Approved a Resolution authorizing an amendment and extension of the Intergovernmental Agreement with the Village of Golf relating to water operator testing and reporting services

Approved a Resolution approving a Plat of Dedication of public right-of-way for Patriot Boulevard

Approved a Resolution authorizing the execution of an agreement for Debt Counsel Services with Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP of Chicago, IL for an initial term ending December 31, 2024

Approved a Resolution authorizing ongoing capital projects in The Glen TIF to be bid, proceed, and be funded by The Glen TIF Cash Reserve Account

Approved Resolutions authorizing execution of Intergovernmental Agreements for renewal of dispatch services for a period of seven years with:

(1) City of Highland Park,

(2) City of Highwood,

(3) City of Lake Forest and

(4) Village of Lake Bluff
Approved a Resolution approving and authorizing execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Highland Park for use of the Highland Park Police Department Facility for Dispatch Services

Approved the voucher list for November 16, 2021

Gave preliminary approval of an Ordinance approving text amendments to Chapter 2 and 86 of the Glenview Municipal Code (the “Code") to update the title of the “Natural Resources Commission" to “Environment and Natural Resources Commission"

Gave preliminary approval of an Ordinance amending various chapters within the Municipal Code regarding fees

Approved a Resolution approving a development agreement for a movie theater at 1850 Tower Drive in The Glen Town Center
