• Gave final approval of an Ordinance approving text amendments to Chapter 2 and 86 of the Glenview Municipal Code (the “Code") to update the title of the “Natural Resources Commission" to “Environment and Natural Resources Commission"
  
• Gave final approval of an Ordinance amending various chapters within the Municipal Code regarding fees
  
• Gave final approval of an Ordinance to declare Fire Engine 822 as surplus property and to authorize disposition of the surplus property
  
• Gave final approval of an Ordinance approving the 2021 Property Tax Levy
  
• Gave final approval of the 2021 Property Tax Abatement Ordinances
  (1) $6,065,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2013A
  (2) $4,385,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2013B
  
• Approved a Resolution to Amend the FY2021 Corporate Fund Budget in the amount of $4,022,181.02 and Capital Equipment Replacement Fund Budget in the amount of $569,459.54
  
• Approved a Resolution for a one-year extension to the professional services contract with Morrill & Fiedler LLC for Illinois Governmental Relations Services
  
• Approved two Resolutions authorizing the purchase of equipment to outfit new police vehicles with a total project cost of $42,073:
  (1) A Resolution authorizing the purchase of 7 Panasonic Toughbook computers and mounting hardware for police vehicles from CDS Office Technologies of Itasca, IL in the amount of $36,018.00
  (2) A Resolution authorizing the purchase of 7 zebra printers and mounting hardware from Tyler Technologies of Troy, MI in the amount of $6,055
  
• Approved a Resolution approving and authorizing the execution of an agreement with the Community and Economic Development Association of Cook County, Inc. for the Low Income Home Water Assistance Program
  
• Approved a Resolution approving and authorizing the execution of contract with BP & T Construction, of Arlington Heights, IL for streetlight painting
  
• Approved a Resolution approving and authorizing a one-year contract extension with Schroeder & Schroeder, Inc., of Skokie, IL for concrete flatwork services
  
• Approved a Resolution approving and authorizing a two-year contract with two optional one-year extensions with Midwest Power Industry, Inc. of Ringwood, Illinois for generator maintenance and as needed repair services
  
• Approved a Resolution approving and authorizing an extension of a professional services contract with Public Communications Inc. for communications support services
  
• Approved a Resolution authorizing a bid award and approving a contract with Chicagoland Paving Contractors Inc., of Lake Zurich, Illinois for the Patriot Boulevard and Costco Intersection Improvement Project in the amount of $872,177.10 plus an eight percent (8%) contingency, for an amount not to exceed $941,952.00
  
• Approved a Resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a Standard Software Maintenance Agreement extension with Tyler Technologies of Troy, MI for the integrated public safety computing system for a period of five years beginning January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2028
  
• Approved a Resolution authorizing an agreement with Interdev, LLC, of Atlanta, GA, for endpoint and network security as part of GOVITC initiatives with a three year total cost of $103,903.00
  
• Approved two Resolutions to approve the purchase of the following vehicles:
  (1) an Enforcer 107' PUC Ascendant Tandem Aerial; and
  (2) an Enforcer Pumper from Pierce Manufacturing, Appleton, WI for a total project cost of $2,144,720
  
• Approved a Resolution to waive competitive bidding requirements and approve an agreement with Axon Enterprises of Scottsdale, Arizona for the purchase of Body Worn Cameras, five (5) years data storage and licensing, and Police Vehicle Mobile Video Systems in the amount of $340,627 plus a 2% contingency for a total of $347,440
  
• Approved the voucher list for December 7, 2021
  
• Approved a Resolution adopting the Annual Budget for the Village of Glenview for the fiscal year commencing January 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2021
  
• Approved a Resolution to approve crosswalk improvements at the intersections of Pfingsten Road at Keenan Lane and at Miller Drive
  
• Gave preliminary approval of an Ordinance amending the Vehicle and Traffic Municipal Code to remove weight restrictions established on the Chestnut Avenue Bridge
  
• Gave preliminary approval an Ordinance approving text amendments to Chapter 98 of the Municipal Code relating to the regulation of industrial land uses including warehouses and distribution facilities
  
• Gave preliminary approval of an Ordinance proposing the establishment of Special Service Area Sixty-Seven (SSA 67) for the installation of storm sewers and Special Service Area One Hundred One (SSA 101) for the installation of curb and gutter for Central Road from Harlem Avenue to Lehigh Avenue
  
• Gave preliminary approval of an Ordinance proposing the establishment of Special Service Area Seventy-Four (SSA 74) for the installation of storm sewers and Special Service Area One Hundred Two (SSA 102) for the installation of curb and gutter for Woodlawn Road from Wagner Road to Brandon Avenue
  
• Approved a Resolution approving a Second Amendment to the Affordable Housing Use Agreement to increase the number of affordable housing units to 90% at Thomas Place
