  • Approved a Resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a three-year agreement with three one-year optional renewals with CHC Wellbeing of Chicago, IL, for employee wellness services
  • Approved a Resolution authorizing the Village to obtain permits from IDOT to perform work within IDOT right-of-way from January 18, 2022 to December 31, 2023 in accordance with State requirements
  • Approved a Resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a three-year contract with Sternberg Lanterns, Inc., of Roselle, IL, for streetlight poles and miscellaneous parts
  • Approved a Resolution approving a four-year contract with Tyco Integrated Security LLC, of Oak Brook, Illinois for fire and burglary alarm improvements and ongoing monitoring in the amount of $91,100
  • Approved a Resolution authorizing execution of a contract with Lexipol of Frisco, Texas for Fire Department policy/standard operating guideline review, updates, training, maintenance, and development in the amount not to exceed $40,000
  • Approved the voucher list for January 18, 2022
  • Final approval of an Ordinance approving text amendments to Chapter 98 of the Municipal Code, Zoning, relating to the Downtown Development Code. The ordinance was amended with an alternative map that lowered the maximum building height of a few additional Downtown parcels to three stories, while maintaining four story maximum building heights elsewhere in the Downtown District.
  • Preliminary approval of an Ordinance amending Chapter 6, Alcoholic Beverages and Chapter 30, Fees and Charges, of the Municipal Code to modify provisions relating to the delivery of alcohol to be consistent with a new state law
