Actions taken:

• The Environment & Natural Resources Commission presented an overview of its 2022 goals followed by a Board discussion of sustainability initiatives. The Board requested policy recommendations from the ENRC at a future meeting.
• Final approval of an Ordinance amending the Glenview Municipal Code – Chapter 6, Alcoholic Beverages, to increase the number of Class J liquor licenses from 0 to 1
• Approved a Resolution approving a Single-Lot Subdivision for the Call Family Subdivision at 1022 Linden Leaf Drive
• Approved a Resolution authorizing a bid award and approving a contract with DiMeo Brothers Inc., of Elk Grove Village, Illinois for the Central Road and Ferndale Road Improvement Projects in the amount of $2,580,199.35 plus a three percent (3%) contingency, for an amount not to exceed $2,657,605
• Approved the voucher list for February 15, 2022
• Preliminarily approved an Ordinance approving Final Site Plan Review, Zoning Variations, Preliminary Architecture and Preliminary Landscaping for the Valley Lodge Restaurant Addition at 2132 Waukegan Road
• Preliminarily approved an Ordinance approving Final Site Plan Review, Zoning Variations, Preliminary Subdivision, Preliminary Architecture, Preliminary Landscaping, Preliminary Lighting, and Preliminary Signage for the Glenbrook Hospital Cardiovascular Additions at 2100 Pfingsten Road
• Preliminarily approved an Ordinance approving text amendments to Chapter 98 of the Municipal Code relating to outdoor dining regulations
• Approved a Resolution authorizing the execution of a Purchase and Sale Agreement for 966 Waukegan Road
