Actions taken:
- Final approval of an Ordinance approving Final Site Plan Review, Zoning Variations, Preliminary Architecture and Preliminary Landscaping for the Valley Lodge Restaurant Addition at 2132 Waukegan Road
- Final approval of an Ordinance approving Final Site Plan Review, Zoning Variations, Preliminary Subdivision, Preliminary Architecture, and Preliminary Landscaping, Lighting, and Signage for the Glenbrook Hospital Cardiovascular Additions at 2100 Pfingsten Road
- Final approval of an Ordinance approving text amendments to Chapter 98 of the Municipal Code relating to outdoor dining regulations
- Approved three Resolutions authorizing agreements with Tyler Technologies of Troy, MI:
(1) A Resolution authorizing an agreement to manage the Village's MUNIS software platform as Software as a Service (SaaS) in a 5 year amount of $1,341,080;
(2) A Resolution authorizing an amendment of the existing Brazos E-Crash and E-tickets software agreement to a site license with a first year cost of $48,936 and ongoing Software Maintenance of $47,436; and
(3) A Resolution authorizing purchase of Tyler Data Archive to move legacy data systems to a cloud environment with a first year cost of $31,720 and ongoing maintenance of $4,000 annually.
- Approved a Resolution approving a contract amendment with Kluber Architects & Engineers of Batavia, Illinois for architect & engineering services for various Village-owned Facilities Repair and Replacement Fund (FRRF) projects in the amount of $104,125
- Approved a Resolution in support of an application for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding for the Dearlove Road Water Main Improvement Project
- Approved Resolutions authorizing the utilization of REBUILD Illinois Grant Funds for the:
(1) Spruce Street/Birchwood/Parkview Reconstruction Project; and
(2) Montgomery/Parkview Road/ Washington Reconstruction Project
- Approved the voucher list for March 1, 2022
- Preliminarily approved an Ordinance approving a variation for signage area for a residential identification sign for North Valley Lo at 1700-1844 Wildberry Lane
