  • Appointed Stacy Saef to the Development Adjustments Commission
  • ​Final approval of Ordinances establishing Special Service Areas 74 and 102:
    • (1) An Ordinance establishing Seventy-Four (SSA 74) for the installation of storm sewers; and
    • (2) An Ordinance establishing Special Service Area One Hundred Two (SSA 102) for the installation of curb and gutter for Woodlawn Road from Wagner Road to Brandon Road with an effective date of June 17, 2022
  • ​Final approval of Ordinances establishing Special Service Areas 67 and 101:
    • ​(1) An Ordinance establishing Sixty-Seven (SSA 67) for the installation of storm sewers; and
    • (2) An Ordinance establishing Special Service Area One Hundred One (SSA 101) for the installation of curb and gutter for Central Road from Harlem Avenue to Lehigh Avenue with an effective date of June 17, 2022
  • ​Final approval of an Ordinance amending the Glenview Municipal Code – Chapter 6, Alcoholic Beverages, to increase the number of Class A liquor licenses from 49 to 50 and Class B liquor licenses from 13 to 14
  • Final approval of an Ordinance approving a conditional use for an automotive sales business at 3032 North Lake Terrace
  • Final approval of an Ordinance approving text amendments to Chapter 2, Administration, of the Municipal Code regarding the composition of the Glenview Development Commissions
  • Approved a Resolution to approve various 2022 special events and associated temporary road closures and parking restrictions
  • Approved a Resolution authorizing a three-year contract extension with the GovITC Consortium to authorize InterDev, LLC to utilize Imperva Incapsula for Village of Glenview network cybersecurity
  • Approved a Resolution authorizing an agreement with InterDev, LLC, of Atlanta, GA, for continued use of dual-factor authentication security with the DUO Mobile application
  • Approved a Resolution authorizing a two-year contract with up to three, one-year extensions with James J. Benes, Inc. for professional traffic engineering services
  • Approved a Resolution approving a Single-Lot Subdivision for the Herrera Estates Subdivision at 1651 Ridgewood Lane West
  • Approved a Resolution approving a Single-Lot Subdivision for the Oputa Subdivision at 915 Windsor Road
  • Approved a Resolution approving a Final Subdivision for the Viking Subdivision at 235 Beech Drive and 1127 Hunter Road
  • Approved a Resolution authorizing the use of Motor Fuel Tax Fund Appropriations for the 2022 Road Resurfacing and MARS Programs
  • Approved a Resolutions related to the Chatham and Woodlawn Improvement Projects to approve.
    • ​(1) A contract award to DiMeo Brothers Inc., of Elk Grove Village, Illinois, in the amount of $3,827,602 plus one percent (1%) contingency, for an amount not to exceed $3,865,878 and,
    • (2) An Amendment to 2022 Water Fund and Capital Projects Fund budget for the Projects in the amount of $325,000
  • Approved two Resolutions related to the 2022 Street Improvement Project and MARS program approving:
    • ​(1) A contract award to Martam Construction, Inc., of Elgin, Illinois, in the amount not to exceed $4,654,884.84 and,
    • (2) An Amendment to 2022 Water Fund budget for the Projects in the amount of $575,000
  • Approved a Resolution approving a one-year contract extension with Alpha Paintworks of Chicago, IL for hydrant painting services
  • Approved a Resolution approving a one-year contract extension with Patriot Pavement of Des Plaines, IL for pavement crack sealing services
  • Approved a resolution approving the Village’s insurance program and binding of coverage for the May 1, 2022 through April 30, 2023 policy period in the amount of $732,927 plus a $25,000 contingency for a total amount of $757,927
  • Approved the voucher list April 19, 2022
