Actions taken:

• Approved a Resolution approving a Single-Lot Subdivision for the Farnsworth-Lin Subdivision at 3633 Liberty Lane
  

• Approved a Resolution authorizing renewal of annual membership in Chicago's North Shore Convention and Visitors Bureau
  

• Approved two Resolutions related to the purchase of Fire Vehicles:
  

• To purchase two (2) administration vehicles from Bredemann Ford, Glenview, IL for a cost of $75,666 plus a 3 percent contingency for a total amount of $77,936; and
  
• To waive competitive bidding requirements to outfit two (2) administrative vehicles in the amount of $26,000 with MPC Communications, Northbrook, IL

• Approved a Resolution approving a three and a half year contract with OrgCentral Labs, Inc. doing business as Jesse James Creative of New York, NY for website redesign and hosting services in a not-to-exceed amount of $85,000
  

• Approved the voucher list May 3, 2022
  

• Approved four Resolutions related to the Tall Trees Improvement Project, including:
  
• A contract award to DiMeo Brothers Inc., of Elk Grove Village, Illinois, in the amount of $9,477,342 plus an eighty five thousand ($85,000) contingency, for an amount not to exceed $9,562,342.00;
• An Intergovernmental Agreement with the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago (MWRDGC); and
• An Easement Agreement with Glenview Park District
• An Amendment to 2022 budget for the Projects in the amount of$2,379,000.​
