Actions taken:

• Approved five Resolutions authorizing the execution of one-year contract extensions for water and sewer parts with the following contractors:
• (1) Core and Main (Lake Bluff, IL)
• (2) Joseph D. Foreman & Co. (Lake Barrington, IL)
• (3) Water Products Co. (Aurora, IL)
• (4) Mid-American Water (Wauconda, IL)
• (5) Ziebell Water Services Products (Elk Grove Village, IL)
• Approved a Resolution approving a Single-Lot Subdivision for the Habibovic Subdivision at 941 Shermer Road
• Approved a Resolution for a contract with Hey and Associates, Inc. of Volo, Illinois for an update to A Plan for Nature in Glenview in an amount not to exceed $37,500
• Approved a Resolution authorizing execution of a grant agreement with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency for the Longvalley Streambank Stabilization Project
• Approved a Resolution for payment of the annual Northeastern Illinois Regional Crime Laboratory Membership Assessment/Intergovernmental Butterfield Maintenance Agreement for FY 2022/2023 in the total amount of $66,016
• Approved the voucher list May 17, 2022
• Approved Resolutions regarding of a Cook County 7(b) Real Estate Tax Incentive for Anixter, Inc. at 2301 Patriot Boulevard
• A Resolution authorizing execution of an economic incentive agreement; and
• A Resolution of Support for a Cook County 7(b) Real Estate Tax Incentive
