Final approval of an Ordinance Annexing Territory to the Village of Glenview Pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/7-1-8 (approximately 257 Acres)
Final approval of an Ordinance Annexing Territory to the Village of Glenview Pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/7-1-25 (approximately 36 Acres)
Final approval of an Ordinance Approving Text Amendments to Chapter 98 of the Municipal Code regarding land use regulations in the I-2 and PD Zoning Districts for Data Centers, Freight Logistics Centers, and Day Care Centers.
Final approval of an Ordinance Granting Approval of Rezoning, Official Map Amendment, Final Site Plan Review, a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, and Preliminary Subdivision, Architecture, Landscaping, Lighting, and Signage for the Property Located South of Willow Road and East and West of Sanders Road (Allstate Properties and Dermody Logistics Campus)
Approved a Resolution approving a contract for Laramie Pump Station improvements with D. Kersey Construction of Northbrook, IL in the amount of $89,567, plus a 5% contingency of $4,478, for a not-to-exceed amount of $94,045.
Approved two Resolutions concerning procurement of fuel:

A Resolution to amend the FY 2022 budget in the amount of $210,000 to provide funding for the procurement of fuel
A Resolution authorizing a one-year contract extension with Al-Warren Oil Co. Inc., of Hammond, IN, to supply fuel for the Village's fleet

Approved a Resolution approving a five-year contract for investment services with PMA Financial Network, Inc. of Naperville, IL
Approved the voucher list July 19, 2022

Preliminarily approved an Ordinance amending the Glenview Municipal Code – Chapter 6, Alcoholic Beverages, to increase the number of Class H and Class L liquor licenses
Approved Resolutions regarding a Cook County 6(b) Real Estate Tax Incentive for DP AIC Sanders Road d/b/a/ Dermody Properties at 3075 Sanders Road:
