Actions taken:

• Final approval of an Ordinance approving a Final Site Plan Review, Preliminary Architecture, and Preliminary Landscaping for a loading dock for the Globe Corporation at 2651 Compass Road
• Approved a Resolution approving a contract with Stoute Communications, LLC for Diversity and Inclusion Training services in a contract amount of $27,395, plus $3,000 contingency for a total amount of $30,395
• Approved a Resolution authorizing a three-year telecommunications agreement with Peerless (formerly Call One) Communications Inc. of Raleigh, NC
• Approved a Resolution authorizing an agreement with Tyler Technologies of Plano, TX for continued use of software and maintenance on Incode local adjudication and Tyler Cashiering
• Approved a Resolution authorizing a one year maintenance agreement with Chicago Communications of Elmhurst, IL for the 9-1-1 phone system in the amount of $47,687.88
• Approved a Resolution to approve a sublease agreement for Siesta Coffee, Inc. to operate a coffee shop in the downtown Glenview train station at 1116 Depot Street
• Approved a Resolution approving a Single-Lot Subdivision for the Tuck Property Subdivision at 716 Beaver Road
• Approved a Resolution authorizing execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) regarding funding for the Village's portion of the Willow Road Resurfacing Improvements
• Approved a Resolution authorizing a bid award and approving a contract with DiMeo Brothers Inc., of Elk Grove Village, Illinois for the Mary Kay Lane and Pebbleford Lane Improvement Project in the amount of $3,048,987 plus a $48,000 contingency, for an amount not to exceed $3,096,987
• Approved the voucher list for January 17, 2023
