Actions taken:

• Recognized the winners of the 2022-23 Character Counts! in Glenview Art and Video contest
• Presentation from the Glenview Public Library on 2022 accomplishments
• An update on Glenview's Tree Preservation and Tree Maintenance programs
• Approved a Resolution approving a contract with Metropolitan Industries, of Romeoville, IL for the purchase of two (2) replacement pumps for Heatherfield and Lake Avenue lift stations in an amount not-to-exceed $40,575
• Approved a Resolution authorizing a bid award and approving a contract with DiMeo Brothers Inc., of Elk Grove Village, Illinois for the Linneman Street and Spruce Street Improvement Project in the amount of $2,477,693 plus a $65,000 contingency, for an amount not to exceed $2,542,693
• Approved a Resolution authorizing a bid award and approving a contract with PirTano Construction Company, Inc. of Addison, Illinois for the Prairie Lawn Road and Spruce Street Improvement Project in the amount of $2,826,768 plus a $75,000 contingency, for an amount not to exceed $2,901,768
• Approved Resolutions related to Natural Areas Maintenance:
• A contract amendment and extension with Integrated Lakes Management of Waukegan, Illinois for annual Lake Glenview maintenance services in an amount not-to-exceed $67,000; and
• (2) A contract amendment and extension with Tallgrass Restoration, LLC of Schaumburg, Illinois for annual natural area maintenance landscape services in an amount not-to-exceed $157,028
• Approved a Resolution Authorizing the purchase of Microsoft SQL licensing from Dell Technologies in the amount of $30,015.44
• Approved a Resolution authorizing an extension to the existing contract with InterDev, LLC, of Atlanta, GA for shared information technology services
• Approved the voucher list for February 7, 2023
• Approved a Resolution approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village of Glenview, the Glenview Public Library, and the Glenview History Center concerning the Glenview History Center.
• Approved a Resolution approving an amendment to the declaration of easements, covenants, conditions, and restrictions applicable within The Glen Town Center
• Approved Resolutions authorizing the execution of the following Agreements for southside parcels in 1700 block of Glenview Road to facilitate the construction of a reconfigured downtown parking lot:
• Parking Lot License Agreement for 1705 Glenview Road
• Parking Lot License Agreement for 1709 Glenview Road
• Purchase and Sale Agreement for part of 1719 Glenview Road​
