• Recognized Police Pension Board President Kevin Christell
• Appointed Michael Barzik to Police Pension Board
• Approved a Resolution authorizing a one-year contract extension with Best Technology Systems, Inc. of Plainfield, IL for gun range maintenance and as-needed services
• Approved a Resolution authorizing the purchase and installation and a two-year service agreement for license plate recognition cameras and associated software from Flock Group, Inc. for $144,050 with a 2.5% contingency for a total of $147.651
• Approved a Resolution authorizing the Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program (ITEP) Federal Fund Appropriation for the Milwaukee Avenue & Zenith Drive/Castilian Court Traffic Signal and Pedestrian Improvement Project
• Approved the voucher list for February 21, 2023
• Preliminary approval of an Ordinance amending the Glenview Municipal Code – Chapter 6, Alcoholic Beverages, to increase the number of Class A, Class C, and Class L liquor licenses
• Preliminary approval an Ordinance approving a zoning variation for wall signage for Allstate at 3100 Sanders Road
• Preliminary approval of an Ordinance approving a zoning variation for wall signage for Kohl's + Sephora at 2201 Willow Road
• Preliminary approval of an Ordinance amending a Conditional Use and approving Zoning Variations for ground signage for Glenbrook South High School at 4000 West Lake Avenue​
