Actions taken:

• Final approval of an Ordinance amending a Conditional Use, and approving Final Site Plan Review, Zoning Variations and Preliminary Design Review for the Glenview Methodist Church Bike Track at 727 Harlem Avenue
• Approved a Resolution approving a one-year contract extension with Patriot Pavement of Des Plaines, IL for pavement crack sealing services
• Approved a Resolution approving a one-year contract extension with Alpha Paintworks of Chicago, IL for hydrant painting services
• Approved a Resolution authorizing a bid award and approving a contract with Hoerr Construction Inc., of Goodfield, Illinois for the 2023 Sewer Lining Project in the amount of $495,482 plus a $18,000 contingency, for an amount not to exceed $513,482
• Approved a Resolution authorizing renewal of annual membership in Chicago's North Shore Convention and Visitors Bureau
• Approved a Resolution waiving competitive bidding and approving an extension and amendment to an Inspectional and Plan Review Services Agreement establishing an updated three-year agreement with two, one-year extension options with SAFEbuilt of Windsor, Colorado for permit administration, inspections, health inspections, plan review, and code enforcement contractual services.
• Approved a Resolution to waive competitive bidding and approve the purchase of one (1) Public Service Officer vehicle from Bredemann Ford of Glenview, IL for a cost of $35,885.26
• Approved a Resolution authorizing the purchase of equipment to update and replace the Aruba wireless access system from Paragon Micro in an amount of $45,539.12
• Approved the voucher list for May 16, 2023
• Preliminary approval of an Ordinance amending the Glenview Municipal Code – Chapter 6, Alcoholic Beverages, to increase the number of Class A liquor licenses
• Preliminary approval of an Ordinance to declare certain Village vehicles and equipment as surplus property and to authorize disposition of the surplus property
• Preliminary approval of an Ordinance amending a Conditional Use for the Star Auto Automotive Sales at 214 Greenwood Road​
