• Final approval of an Ordinance approving a vacation of right-of-way adjacent to 966 Waukegan Road
• Final approval of an Ordinance approving Zoning Variations, Final Site Plan Review, Preliminary Landscaping, Preliminary Lighting, and Preliminary Subdivision for the Downtown Parking Lot at 1705, 1709, 1715, 1725, and 1733 Glenview Road and 966 Waukegan Road
• Final approval of an Ordinance approving Zoning Variations, Final Site Plan Review, Preliminary Architecture, Preliminary Signage, Preliminary Landscaping, Preliminary Lighting, and Preliminary Subdivision for the Jackman and Co. Restaurant at 1749 Glenview Road
• Approved a Resolution for a three-year contract with two optional one-year extensions for tree maintenance services with Lucas Landscaping and Design Company of Lake Bluff, Illinois
• Approved a Resolution for a three-year contract with two optional one-year extensions with Kaplan Paving, LLC of Ingleside, Illinois pertaining to snow and ice maintenance for three residential sections in the amount of $541,110
• Approved a Resolution accepting ComEd Green Region grant funding for native plantings supporting pollinator habitat at Village pump houses
• Approved a Resolution for an amendment to an existing agreement for a 2023 total contract price of $65,000 for document scanning services with Microsystems, Inc.
• Approved a Resolution authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement Between the Village of Glenview and Glenview Community Consolidated School District 34 for the provision of reciprocal reporting, digital image access, and school resource officers
• Approved a Resolution for an agreement with Paylocity Corporation in Schaumburg, IL for payroll processing services
• Approved a Resolution for a Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Village of Glenview and the International Association of Fire Fighters (Local 4186) for the Glenview Fire Department 
• Approved the voucher list for September 19, 2023
• Approved a Resolution authorizing the execution of:
• i. A Redevelopment Agreement,
• ii. A Loan Agreement, and
• iii. An Intercreditor Agreement among the Village, Ballyhoo Hospitality, and Gold Coast Bank for 1749 Glenview Road to facilitate construction of a new downtown restaurant
• Preliminarily approved an Ordinance approving a Conditional Use for John Park Sled Hill Lighting at 2101 Central Road
