Actions Taken:

• Final approval of an Ordinance approving a conditional use amendment, final site plan review and preliminary design review for the Glenview Public Works Campus Improvements 2498 East Lake Avenue
• Approved a Resolution approving a one-year extension to the professional services contract with Morrill & Fiedler LLC for Illinois Governmental Relations Services
• Approved a Resolution to award a contract to DiMeo Brothers Inc., of Elk Grove Village, Illinois for the Linneman Street and Elm Street Improvement Projects in the amount of $2,673,482 plus an $85,000 contingency, for an amount not to exceed $2,758,482
• Approved a Resolution to award a contract to ENCAP, Inc., of DeKalb, Illinois for the Longvalley Road Streambank Stabilization Project in the amount of $646,281 plus a $25,000 contingency, for an amount not to exceed $671,281
• Approved a Resolution approving a contract extension with Hagg Press, Inc. (formerly Plerus) of Elgin, IL to print the Village of Glenview Report newsletter for the period of January through December 2024
• Approved the voucher lists for December 19, 2023 and January 9, 2024
• Preliminarialy approved an Ordinance declaring the Village exempt from the Cook County Paid Leave Ordinance for its own employees
• Preliminarialy approved an Ordinance approving a conditional use for Pickleball4All at 2105 Johns Court
• Preliminarialy approved ​an Ordinance approving Commercial Zoning Variations, Final Site Plan Review, and Preliminary Architecture and Landscaping for the Grove/Waukegan Restaurant at 1148 Waukegan Road
• Approved a Resolution ratifying the First Amendment to Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Village of Glenview and Rock-Wil Corporation for the Patio Shops property at 1755 River Drive​
