  • Approved a Resolution to award and approve a contract with Builders Paving of Hillside, Illinois, for the FY 2024 Road Resurfacing Improvements and MARS Program Project in the amount of $2,788,968 plus an $85,000 contingency, for an amount not to exceed $2,873,968
  • Approved a Resolution to award and approve a contract with DiMeo Bros., Inc. of Elk Grove Village, Illinois for the Pine Street Stormwater Improvement Project in the amount of $1,096,125 plus a $30,000 contingency, for an amount not to exceed $1,126,125
  • Approved a Resolution authorizing ComEd to conduct engineering designs for the Public Utility relocations related to the Waukegan Road and East Lake Avenue Intersection Reconstruction and Pine Street Improvement Projects in a not-to-exceed amount of $200,000
  • Approved a Resolution authorizing the State of Illinois and Lake County to conduct bid auctions for rock salt purchasing and, if bids are acceptable, to authorize the Village Manager to execute purchasing agreements with the lowest responsive and responsible suppliers
  • Approved a Resolution authorizing the Northern Illinois Municipal Electric Collaborative to conduct bid auctions for electricity supply for the Village's streetlights and, if a bid is acceptable, to authorize the Village Manager to enter into power supply agreements with the lowest responsive, responsible bidder
  • Approved a Resolution approving a contract amendment with Alfred Benesch & Company of Chicago, Illinois for Phase I Engineering Study Services related to potential I-294 ramps at Milwaukee Avenue in a not-to-exceed amount of $40,000
  • Approved a Resolution approving a three-year service agreement extension with The Davenport Group, of Crystal Lake, Illinois for inspectional services and permit review software services
  • Approved the voucher list for April 2, 2024
  • Preliminarily approved an Ordinance to declare certain Village vehicles and equipment as surplus property and to authorize disposition of the surplus property
  • Approved a Resolution approving a Contribution Agreement between the Village of Glenview and Youth Services of Glenview/Northbrook for the Village to contribute $500,000 to the facilities-based portion of the Youth Service ACT Now
  • Preliminarily approved an Ordinance approving a conditional use amendment for Ali Luxury Motors at 1800 Pickwick Avenue, Unit B
