Maple Leaf Drive Improvements
2025 public improvement project
Project Overview
The proposed project includes approximately 2,800 feet of improvements on Maple Leaf Drive from Strawberry Lane to Mary Kay Lane.
The following major improvements are included in this project:
- Replacement of existing water main with new 8-inch diameter water main, including 1 1/2-inch water services and new b-boxes.
- Installing additional storm inlets
- Roadway resurfacing with new asphalt pavement
- Curb and gutter and concrete sidewalk spot repairs
- Driveway apron replacement (in-kind)
- Parkway restoration with sod
Tentative Schedule
November 12, 2024 - Design open house meeting
November 2024 - Finalize design plans and bidding process
January 2025 - Contract award
April/May 2025 - Pre-construction resident meeting
Spring 2025 - Anticipated project start
Fall 2025 - Anticipated project completion
