Lincoln Street Improvements
2025 Capital Improvement Project
Project Overview
The proposed project includes approximately 2,000 feet of improvements on Lincoln Street from Colfax Avenue to Golf Road.
The following major improvements are included in this project:
- Replacement of existing watermain with new 8-inch diameter water main, including new 1 1/2-inch water services and new b-boxes.
- Installing additional inlets and storm sewer laterals.
- Roadway reconstruction with new asphalt pavement.
- Install curb and gutter and new 5' wide concrete sidewalk.
- Driveway replacement (in-kind)
- Parkway restoration with sod
Tentative Schedule
November 12, 2024 - Design open house meeting
January 7, 2025 - Contract award
March 20th - Resident Pre-construction meeting at GV Public Library-Community Room East @ 6:15 pm
March 2025 - Anticipated project start
Fall 2025 - Anticipated project completion
