Short Lane, Pick Lane/Drive, and Covert Road Improvements
2025 public improvement project
Project Overview
The proposed project includes approximately 2,800 feet of improvements along Short Lane, Pick Lane & Pick Drive, and Covert Road from Pick Drive to Shermer Road.
The following major improvements are included in the project:
- Replacement of existing water main with new 8-inch diameter water main, including new 1 1/2-inch water services and new b-boxes.
- Installing additional storm sewer laterals and extension of storm sewer along Pick Lane/Drive and Covert Road.
- Full depth roadway resurfacing with new asphalt pavement.
- Sanitary repairs as needed.
