Management Services


The Management Services Department oversees customer service and administrative functions within the Village.


The Resolution Center is the primary customer service hub, providing answers to general questions and requests for services at (847) 724-1700. The Police Records division handles non-emergency calls and responds to Police-related requests for information. Communications oversees the Village's GVTV station, monthly newsletter, E-Glenview, social media and media inquiries. The Business Analytics division oversees the Village's performance measurement program and works collaboratively with all department on establishment and tracking of key organizational objectives.
