Greetings from Downtown Glenview
The Friends of Downtown Glenview invite the community to take part in the Downtown Glenview Passport Program, a weeklong event designed to encourage residents and visitors to explore, shop, and connect with local businesses.
Running from May 29 through June 6, the program offers a fun and interactive way to experience Downtown Glenview. Participants can pick up a passport booklet at participating businesses and collect stamps by visiting locations throughout Downtown Glenview. Those who complete their passports by visiting a designated number of locations by Friday, June 5 will be eligible to enter a prize drawing.
Completed passports must be turned in by 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 6 at the Finale Party. Participants must be present to win.
The program will culminate in a Finale Party on Saturday, June 6, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Patio Shops parking lot. The event will feature food, music, games, and activities for all ages, creating a welcoming space to celebrate community and support local businesses.
Participating businesses include a diverse mix of shops and services throughout Downtown Glenview:
Aaron Galleries, Blended Health & Smoothie Bar, Chicago.Wine, Estetica Hair Design, Gigi’s Closette, Glenbrook Remodeling, Glenview Cycle, Glenview Grind, Glenview History Center, Glenview Public Library, Glenview School of Arts, Goode & Fresh Pizza Bakery, Hlavacek Florist of Glenview, Imperial Nails Glenview, Misericordia Sweet Heart Shoppe, Morning Glory Flower Shop, Oil Lamp Academy, Raphael Jewelers, Tony’s Shoe Repair, Twelve Tone Music School, Undressed Alterations, Velvetpeel, and Viccino’s Pizza Company and more!
The Downtown Glenview Passport Program reflects a shared commitment to strengthening connections between local businesses and the community, while highlighting the vibrant and unique offerings available in the wonderful downtown area.

PLEASE REMEMBER:
- Reservations required. Reservations are required for all public programs. Please call us at 518- 456-0655, visit www.AlbanyPineBush.org/events or stop in to the Discovery Center to make a reservation.
- Reserve a spot for everyone. Reservations are required for all attendees (regardless of age).
- No waitlist. In the event that a program is full, spaces will not open up unless someone cancels their reservation.
- Accompany minors. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- No pets. Pets are not permitted in programs.
- Fees. Public programs are free unless otherwise stated. Some programs may have a materials or special program fee.
- Age guidelines. Age guidelines are listed for each public program. We encourage you to pick programs appropriate for the ages of the members of your group.
- Programs begin promptly. Please plan to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the start of the program to check in. If you are late you may not be able to join the program. Please notify us if you need to cancel your reservation.
- Give others the chance to participate. If you make a reservation for a program and then decide you will not be able to attend please call us or cancel your reservation online to open up those spaces to others.
- Not suitable for groups. Public programs are not intended for groups of 8 or more. Groups with 8 or more people, please call us for special accommodations.
- No smoking or vaping. Smoking, vaping or use of tobacco products are not permitted in programs.
