Community survey arriving at selected households soon

Every five years the Village conducts a community survey to gather feedback from residents about their satisfaction with core Village services. The survey helps Village staff establish priorities and guide future decision-making.

The Village's consultant performing the survey is ETC Institute, which also performed the community survey in 2019 and 2014. ETC will be sending the survey to random households throughout the Village in order to collect a representative sample of the community.

If a resident receives a letter from ETC, please know it has been sent on behalf of the Village and can be returned by mail, online or by phone.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete, and all responses are confidential.
