Project Overview
The Drake Group is constructing a five-story 62-unit mixed use development with commercial space on the first floor and multi-family residential units above. The building will be in the Downtown Development District on the previously vacant Bess Hardware site at 1850 Glenview Road.
Tentative Schedule
