2026 Resurfacing Projects
2026 MFT Road Resurfacing Projects
The proposed improvements will consist of:
- Curb & gutter spot repairs
- Sidewalk spot repairs
- Road resurfacing

The week of May 26 the contractor continued milling the resurfacing streets and completed driveway repairs. The contractor also started patching the lower layers of asphalt before the final layer of asphalt can be placed. On Lincoln street the contractor finished paving the initial layers of asphalt.
The week of June 2 the contractor will finish patching the base of the road. The contractor tentatively plans on paving the final layer of asphalt late in the week. On Lincoln street the contractor will finish landscape restoration and will plan on paving the final layer of asphalt late in the week.

Please note that this project includes several streets, there might be some pauses of construction on your street while the contractor is working elsewhere.
Typically, all work for each phase should be completed on all streets before the next stage will begin. Additional notices will be provided regarding on-street parking restrictions, driveway restrictions, and updates regarding the construction progress.
We ask that you please drive slow through the construction sites. This is for your safety as well as the construction workers and other pedestrians. This will also help to curtail the dust from the construction.

The week of April 28 the contractor continued repairing storm sewer and installed curb and sidewalk repairs on all resurfacing streets. The contractor also started installation of the new storm sewer on Lincoln Street and is expected to finish by the end of next week.
The week of May 5 the contractor will continue installation of storm sewer, curb and sidewalk repairs. The contractor is also tentatively planning on milling the resurfacing streets late in the week. The contractor will start on the west side of Glenview on Osage and work east. Milling the road involves removing the top two inches of asphalt in preparation for resurfacing the road. The process of milling all of the resurfacing streets will take approximately a week.
