2025 Capital Improvement Project
Project Overview
2025 Tall Trees Improvements
Blackthorn Drive and Redbud Lane- This project includes approximately .40 miles of improvements on Blackthorn Drive from Silverwillow Drive to Sequoia Trail and on Redbud Lane from Basswood Circle to Blackthorn Drive.
The following major improvements are included in these projects:
- New water main installation with new 1.5" water services and b-boxes
- Storm sewer improvements
- Sanitary sewer and service repairs
- Complete replacement of the curb & gutter and reconstruction of the road with new asphalt pavement after underground utilities replacement/upgrades are complete
- New sidewalk
- Parkway restoration

Specific timing of this project depends on United States Army Corp of Engineers schedule and process. Approximate starting date of construction –2026
