2026 Capital Improvement Project
Project Overview
The proposed Glenview Road water main project includes approximately 1,700 linear feet of improvements from Raleigh Road to Thornwood Lane.
Scope of Work:
- Abandonment of old water main and relocation of existing water services as needed
- Sewer repair work as needed
- Parkway restoration with sod
Tentative Schedule
Design Open House: Oct 23, 2025
Contract Award: Jan 20, 2026
Pre-Construction Meeting: February 24, 2026
Anticipated project start: April 2026
Anticipated project completion: Fall 2026
